Meet Your Dedicated Account Team
The dedicated account teams are divided between our California and Florida Operations Centers. By offering dedicated account teams in bi-coastal offices, screeningONE provides the best possible coverage to ensure that you will receive assistance from a live person who is directly familiar with your account when you call.



Implementation Specialist: The Implementation Specialist plays a key role at screeningONE. All of our programs are tailored to your organization's unique needs. The Implementation Specialist works with the rest of your team to gather all pertinent data regarding the configuration of your account. The Implementation Specialist manages your account all the way from initial setup through to the successful launch of your program.

Operations Manager: The Operations Manager is your resident expert. The Operations Manager overseas your dedicated account team and is responsible for the day-to-day fulfillment and support of your program.

Support Team: Your support team is comprised of 4-5 individuals that provide on-going support of your program as well as fulfillment of your background screening program. We match our customers with their teams based on load balancing and geographic location to ensure maximum support coverage.
  • The Investigative Analysts: Your Investigative Analysts are responsible for conducting searches and evaluating results to ensure that you are receiving accurate and useful information.
  • The Verifications Analyst: Your Verification Analysts conduct all verification services via telephone to confirm the accuracy of an applicant's information.
